Claims and Returns

Returns and Exchanges

We understand that sometimes a product just doesn’t fit. That’s why we have prepared simple and convenient options for returning or exchanging goods. Choose the method that suits you best:


1. Sending via carrier (at your expense)

Pack the goods securely, include the completed return form, and send it to our address using the carrier of your choice.

Notice: The package must be sent without cash on delivery and delivered directly to our address.


2. Return via Packeta – Return Assistant (free of charge)

You will find a Packeta return label included in every order. Pack the goods securely, include the return form, attach the label, and drop off the package at any Packeta drop-off point.

Don’t have a label?
No problem – just tell the staff our e-shop ID: 91139934. They will print the label for you and handle the shipping.


3. Personal return at the Nitra store

You can also return goods in person at our WARAGOD store in Nitra. Since the payment was made online, we will refund the money by bank transfer within a few business days.

Notice: Direct refund at the store (cash/card) is not possible for technical reasons.

🛠️ Complaints Policy

1. Buyer’s right to claim defective goods

If a defect occurs on the purchased goods, the buyer has the right to make a complaint. The complaint can be submitted in person or by mail. The store manager or authorized employee must decide on the complaint immediately, or in complex cases within 3 business days. This period does not include the time required for expert assessment of the defect.

The time limit for handling the complaint is a maximum of 30 calendar days. The buyer is not entitled to complain about defects for which a discount was provided and about which they were informed.

2. Seller’s responsibility

The seller guarantees that the goods meet the required quality, quantity, and weight, are free of defects, and comply with technical standards. The seller is responsible for defects existing at the time of acceptance and for defects arising during the warranty period. For used items, the seller is not responsible for defects caused by normal wear and tear or improper use.

3. Place of complaint submission

The buyer submits a complaint at the store where the goods were purchased, or in the case of an online purchase, at the company’s registered office:

The buyer must provide proof of purchase or a warranty card. If the store is temporarily closed, the complaint can be submitted at a substitute store indicated on the notice board.

4. Warranty period

The warranty period is 24 months from the date of receipt of the goods. If a longer warranty is provided, the buyer will receive a warranty card with the conditions. When goods or parts are replaced, a new warranty period begins from the date of receipt.

5. Order cancellation

An order can only be canceled before it is registered or dispatched. Once packed or shipped, the order cannot be canceled and the buyer is obliged to accept it.

6. Removable defects

Removable defects are those whose repair does not affect the appearance, function, or quality of the goods. The buyer may request:

  • free, proper, and timely repair of the defect,
  • replacement of the defective part or component,
  • exchange of goods (if unused).

7. Irremovable defects

In the case of irremovable defects that prevent the use of the goods, the buyer has the right to exchange the goods or receive a refund (withdraw from the contract).

8. Complaint settlement by discount

For irremovable defects that do not prevent the use of the goods, the complaint may be settled by providing a discount. The amount of the discount is determined by the extent of the defects.

9. Unjustified on-site complaint

In the case of an unjustified complaint at the customer’s location, the seller has the right to demand reimbursement of costs for the visit. The seller also has the right to:

  • not return the money,
  • not provide an exchange of goods.

10. Withdrawal from the contract and exchange of goods

The buyer may withdraw from the contract (return goods) within 14 days of delivery. An exchange of goods is possible within 30 days.

When exchanging, it is necessary to choose goods of equal or higher value. The price difference will be charged via cash on delivery.
