Returns and Exchanges

We understand that sometimes a product simply doesn’t fit your needs. That’s why we have prepared simple and convenient options for returning or exchanging goods. Choose the method that suits you best:


1. Return via courier (at your own expense)

Safely pack the goods, include the completed claim form, and send it to our address using a courier of your choice.

Note: The parcel must be sent without cash on delivery and delivered directly to our address.


2. Return via Packeta – Claim Assistant (free of charge)

Each order includes a Packeta return label. Safely pack the goods, attach the claim form, stick the label on, and drop the parcel at any Packeta pick-up point.

Don’t have a label?
No problem – just tell the staff our e-shop ID: 91139934. They will print the label for you and handle the shipment.

🛠️ Complaint Policy

1. Buyer’s right to claim defective goods

If a defect occurs on purchased goods, the buyer has the right to file a claim. The claim can be made in person or by mail. The store manager or an authorized employee is obliged to decide on the claim immediately, in complex cases within 3 business days. This period does not include the time required for expert assessment of the defect.

The maximum time to process a claim is 30 calendar days. The buyer has no right to claim defects for which a discount was given and about which they were informed.

2. Seller’s responsibility

The seller is responsible for ensuring that the goods have the required quality, quantity, and weight, are free from defects, and comply with technical standards. The seller is responsible for defects existing at the time of delivery and defects arising during the warranty period. For used items, the seller is not responsible for defects caused by normal wear and tear or improper use.

3. Place of filing a claim

The buyer files a claim at the store where the goods were purchased, or in the case of online purchases, at the company’s registered office:

The buyer is obliged to present proof of purchase, or a warranty card if applicable. If the store is temporarily closed, the claim can be filed at an alternative store indicated on the notice.

4. Warranty period

The warranty period is 24 months from the date of delivery. For longer warranty periods, the buyer will receive a warranty certificate with conditions. When goods or parts are replaced, a new warranty period begins from the date of receipt.

5. Order cancellation

An order can only be cancelled before it has been processed or dispatched. After packaging or shipping, the order cannot be cancelled and the buyer is obliged to accept it.

6. Remediable defects

Remediable defects are considered those whose repair does not affect the appearance, function, or quality of the goods. The buyer may request:

  • free, proper, and timely repair of the defect,
  • replacement of the defective component or part,
  • replacement of the goods (if not yet used).

7. Irremediable defects

For irremediable defects that prevent the use of the goods, the buyer has the right to replacement of the goods or a refund (withdrawal from the contract).

8. Claim settlement by discount

In the case of irremediable defects that do not prevent the use of the goods, the claim may be settled by granting a discount. Its amount is determined according to the extent of the defects.

9. Unjustified claim service call

In the case of an unjustified claim at the customer’s location, the seller has the right to demand reimbursement of costs for the service call. The seller also has the right to:

  • refuse a refund,
  • refuse to replace the goods.

10. Withdrawal from the contract and exchange of goods

The buyer may withdraw from the contract (return the goods) within 14 days of delivery. Exchange of goods is possible within 30 days.

For exchanges, goods of equal or higher value must be chosen. The price difference will be charged via cash on delivery.
