Katsudo AirFit groin guard is a lightweight and comfortable groin guard that provides basic protection against accidental groin strikes during combat sports training and boxing.

Thanks to its simple construction and elastic waistband, it is easy to put on, fits well and does not restrict movement. It is ideal for technical training, combination practice and general conditioning where maximum hard protection is not required.

Unlike classic hard groin guards, it uses a durable textile mesh that naturally conforms to the body, does not restrict movement and allows better ventilation during intense physical activity.
