Shaping instructions:
1) Insert the plastic holder into the guard with the TOP inscription facing up. 2) Pour boiling water (100°C) into a ceramic bowl (not metal), and using the holder, place the guard into the bowl for exactly 20 seconds. 3) Place the guard into a second, already prepared ceramic bowl with cold water for 1 second using the holder. 4) Insert the guard into your mouth and bite down firmly. Massage your lips and cheeks with your hand to ensure maximum adhesion for at least 30 seconds. 5) Drink a glass of cold water and let the water flow around the guard. 6) Remove from your mouth and take the holder off the guard. 7) The guard should fit snugly on your teeth and not fall out.
