Safety is paramount, so never attach the anchor to a door that opens towards you. Always exercise in the direction where the door closes towards you to avoid the risk of it opening during your workout. When attaching to a bar or post, ensure they are well secured and capable of withstanding the tension and force created by the resistance tube.
