(hereinafter referred to as "GTC")
1. General Provisions and Contact Details
1.1. These GTC govern the rights and obligations between the Seller and the Buyer when purchasing goods and services through the online store www.katsudo.com. The e-shop is operated on the Shopify platform.

1.3. Supervisory Authority:
Slovak Trade Inspection (SOI)
SOI Inspectorate for the Nitra Region, Staničná 9, 949 01 Nitra.
1.4. These terms are drawn up in accordance with the laws of the Slovak Republic, in particular Act No. 40/1964 Coll. Civil Code, as amended, and Act No. 108/2024 Coll. on Consumer Protection.
2. Order and Conclusion of the Contract
2.1. The Buyer selects goods in the e-shop and orders them by filling out the order form in the Shopify interface. Submitting an order with an obligation to pay constitutes a proposal to conclude a purchase contract.
2.2. The purchase contract is concluded at the moment of delivery of the Order Confirmation (acceptance), which the Seller sends to the Buyer by email to the address specified in the order.
2.3. The Seller reserves the right to cancel the order (withdraw from the contract) before the delivery of the goods if:
- the goods are no longer manufactured or supplied,
- the supplier's price of the goods has changed significantly,
- an obviously incorrect price was listed on the e-shop (Shopify system error or human error),
- the details in the order are incomplete or untrue.
3. Price and Payment Conditions
3.1. All prices in the e-shop are final, including VAT. The price does not include shipping costs, which are calculated at checkout before the order is completed.
3.2. The Buyer may pay for the goods by methods currently offered in the Shopify interface, typically:
- Online Card Payment / Shopify Payments: Payment via a secure gateway, including Apple Pay and Google Pay.
- Bank Transfer: Prepayment to the Seller's account based on the details in the order confirmation.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Payment in cash or by card directly to the courier upon receipt of the goods (a fee may apply for this service).
3.3. The invoice (tax document) is sent electronically to the Buyer's email after the goods are dispatched.
4. Delivery Conditions and Failure to Accept Goods
4.1. Delivery Time: The Seller shall deliver the goods without undue delay, no later than 30 days, unless the parties have agreed otherwise. For goods in stock at the supplier, the estimated delivery time is indicated with the product; by submitting the order, the Buyer expressly agrees to this period. We usually dispatch goods within 24–48 hours.
4.2. The Seller uses carriers such as GLS, DPD, Slovenská pošta, Packeta (Z-BOX), and BalíkoBOX. Delivery options are displayed dynamically in the cart.
4.3. The Buyer is obliged to accept the goods at the agreed time. If the Buyer, while in default, fails to accept the goods without justification, the Seller may store the goods at the Buyer's expense with a custodian or sell them on the Buyer's account after notification.
4.4. Consequences of Non-Acceptance: In the event of unjustified non-acceptance, the Seller has the right to claim compensation for damages in the amount of the actual costs incurred for the attempted delivery and return of the shipment (postage and packaging).
5. Withdrawal from the Contract (Return of Goods)
5.1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods.
5.2. Beyond the statutory period, the Seller provides the option to return goods for up to 30 days (unused, in original packaging). An extended period of 100 days is available if the Buyer selected this supplementary service in the cart (Article 12).
5.3. Procedure: Send the goods to the address: WARAGOD s.r.o., Murgašova 2, 949 01 Nitra, Slovakia. Shipments sent via Cash on Delivery (COD) will not be accepted.
5.4. The Seller shall return the payments within 14 days of the delivery of the returned goods or proof of their shipment. The consumer bears the costs of returning the goods.
5.5. Return of Gifts: If a gift was provided with the goods, the donation contract expires along with the purchase contract, and the Buyer is obliged to return the gift as well. Otherwise, it constitutes unjust enrichment.
5.6. Exceptions: It is not possible to withdraw from the contract for goods made according to specific requirements (custom production – see point 7) or for goods in a sealed package that was unsealed after delivery for hygiene reasons.
6. Complaints Procedure (Liability for Defects/Non-Conformity)
6.1. Scope of Liability: The Seller is liable for any defect that the item has at the time of delivery and which manifests itself within two years of delivery. For used items, the period is 1 year.
6.2. Goods Sold at a Lower Price: For items sold at a lower price (discounted goods, Grade B/seconds), the Seller is not liable for the defect for which the lower price was agreed. Such a defect cannot be claimed.
6.3. Legal Presumption of Defect: If a defect manifests itself within 2 years of delivery, it is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery, unless the contrary is proven or this is incompatible with the nature of the item.
6.4. Buyer's Rights: The Buyer has the right to have the defect removed by repair or replacement. If this is not possible, the Buyer has the right to a reasonable discount or withdrawal from the contract.
6.5. Procedure: The consumer files a claim by sending the goods to the address: WARAGOD s.r.o., Murgašova 2, 949 01 Nitra, Slovakia with a description of the defect.
6.6. Rejection and Expert Opinion: If the Seller rejects the claim and the consumer subsequently submits an expert opinion proving the defect, the Seller must reimburse the costs of the opinion and remedy the defect.
6.7. Time Limit: The defect will be removed within 30 days unless a longer period is justified by an objective reason.
7. Custom Production (Personalized Products)
7.1. This applies to goods modified according to the customer's wishes (e.g., embroidery on kimonos, custom printing).
7.2. Order Cancellation: An order for custom production cannot be cancelled once production has started.
7.3. Ineligibility for Return: The consumer does not have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason for goods made according to specific requirements.
7.4. Copyright: The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that the materials provided do not infringe the rights of third parties.
8. Terms for Businesses (B2B)
8.1. If the Buyer provides a Company ID (IČO), the relationship is governed by the Commercial Code. The right to withdraw within 14 days without giving a reason does not apply. The warranty period is 12 months.
8.2. The Seller may cancel a B2B account for violation of the terms or damaging the Seller's reputation.
9. User Reviews
9.1. Reviews marked as "Verified Purchase" are processed by the system tools of the Shopify platform and are linked to a real order.
9.2. Reviews on third-party platforms (Google, Facebook) may not be verified in all cases.
9.3. We reserve the right to remove reviews containing vulgarisms or false information.
10. Personal Data Protection and Data Transfer
10.1. Data protection is ensured in accordance with the GDPR. Detailed information is provided in the Privacy Policy section.
10.2. Cross-Border Data Transfer: Since the e-shop is operated on the Shopify (Shopify Inc.) platform, personal data may be transferred to and stored in data centers outside the European Union (especially the USA and Canada). These transfers are handled in accordance with applicable legislation (Standard Contractual Clauses) to ensure a high level of protection for the Buyer's data.
11. Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)
11.1. The consumer may submit a proposal for ADR to an entity (e.g., SOI) or via the ODR platform: https://consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu/
12. Optional Supplementary Services
12.1. The Seller offers supplementary services for a fee at the Shopify checkout. The availability of these services depends on the current operational and capacity capabilities of the Seller, and therefore they may not be currently displayed, available, or active in the e-shop's offer at the time of purchase. The fact that these services are listed in these GTC does not create an obligation for the Seller to offer them at any specific time.
12.2. Overview of Services:
- Claims Assistant: Simplified returns via drop-off points without direct payment.
- Exchange Service: Two-way exchange by courier at the address.
- Returns up to 100 days: Extension of the statutory period for returning goods.
- Pickup at Address: Arrangement of goods collection by courier.
12.3. Fees for these services are one-time and non-refundable upon delivery of the goods.
13. Final Provisions
13.1. These GTC shall take effect on January 1, 2026.
