We manufacture this simple yet extremely practical training aid ourselves – directly based on the needs from our own sports practice. In the gym, we have long lacked a universal, durable, and affordable solution for dynamic exercises with both children and adults. We make it by hand, so the resistance rope with PVC handles is the result of many tests in real training. Although it doesn't look like a commercial product from a catalog, it serves its purpose excellently – it is durable, functional, and popular not only among trainers but also among young athletes.

Ideal for:

• developing explosiveness and coordination (e.g., in pairs),
• training grip, back, and shoulders,
• activities with children, such as competitive "tug-of-war",
• supplementary training for combat sports and strength training.

Advantages:

• own production – handmade by us based on real need,
• proven in practice – simple but very effective solution,
• strong yet flexible rope that withstands even more demanding loads,
• transparent PVC handles for a comfortable grip,
• sold as a set of 2 pieces – ready for joint training.

Technical parameters:

• length from knot to knot: approx. 180 cm
• total length with handles: approx. 219 cm
• rope diameter: 14 mm
• package contains: 2 pieces (set)
