Enter the world of combat sports with our Katsudo MMA Pandor Bag, designed for free fighters and martial arts enthusiasts. This special dummy-shaped bag allows for effective practice of various ground techniques, taking your training to a new level.

The unique construction of the bag ensures that you won't find any metal parts when using it on the ground, making it extremely safe and minimizing the risk of injury. This sets it apart from competing products and provides you with confidence during every training session.

In addition to being used on the ground, the bag can be used with a chain hanger (not included, available for separate purchase), allowing it to be hung and used as a classic punching bag. This flexibility makes the Pandor bag an ideal companion for various training scenarios.

It is important to remember safety, so when training punches and kicks, we recommend using boxing gloves and shin guards. The bag is intended for indoor use, ensuring its long lifespan and reliability.
