Molding Instructions:

1) Pour boiling water (100°C) into a ceramic bowl (not metal), place the guard in the bowl for exactly 20 seconds. 2) Remove the guard using a spoon and place it into a second, already prepared ceramic bowl with cold water for 1 second. 3) Insert the guard into your mouth and bite down firmly. Massage your lips and cheeks with your hand to ensure maximum adhesion for at least 30 seconds. 5) Drink a glass of cold water and let the water flow around the guard. 6) Remove from the mouth, the guard should fit snugly on the teeth, not falling out.
