Shaping instructions:
1) Insert the plastic holder into the protector with the TOP inscription facing up. 2) Pour boiling water (100°C) into a ceramic bowl (not metal), and using the holder, place the protector into the bowl for exactly 20 seconds. 3) Using the holder, place the protector into a second, already prepared ceramic bowl with cold water for 1 second. 4) Insert the protector into your mouth and bite down firmly. Massage your lips and cheeks with your hand to ensure maximum adhesion for at least 30 seconds. 5) Drink a glass of cold water and let the water flow around the protector. 6) Remove from your mouth and take the holder off the protector. 7) The protector should fit snugly on your teeth and not fall out. If it does not hold properly, repeat the process. Illustrated instructions inside.
