Shaping instructions:

1) Pour boiling water (100°C) into a ceramic bowl (not metal), place the guard in the bowl for exactly 20 seconds. 2) Remove the guard using a spoon and place it into a second, already prepared ceramic bowl with cold water for 1 second. 3) Insert the guard into your mouth and bite down firmly. Massage your lips and cheeks with your hand to ensure maximum adhesion for at least 30 seconds. 5) Drink a glass of cold water and let the water flow around the guard. 6) Remove from the mouth, the guard should fit tightly on the teeth, not falling out. If it does not hold properly, repeat the process. Illustrated instructions inside.
