Shaping instructions:
1) Insert the plastic holder into the protector with the inscription TOP facing up. 2) Pour boiling water (100°C) into a ceramic bowl (not metal), and using the holder, place the protector into the bowl for exactly 20 seconds. 3) Place the protector into a second, already prepared ceramic bowl with cold water for 1 second using the holder. 4) Insert the protector into your mouth and bite down firmly. Massage your lips and cheeks with your hand to ensure maximum adhesion for at least 30 seconds. 5) Drink a glass of cold water and let the water flow around the protector. 6) Remove from your mouth and take the holder off the protector. 7) The protector should fit snugly on your teeth and not fall out.
