Shaping Instructions:
1) Place the protector in the black shaping case. 2) Pour boiling water (100°C) into a ceramic bowl (not metal) and place the protector in the bowl for exactly 25 seconds. 3) Use a spoon to remove the protector from the bowl and gently shake off any excess water. 4) Place the protector in the white shaping case, then into your mouth, and bite down firmly for 20 seconds. Then release the firm grip and leave the protector in your mouth for another 30 seconds. 5) Remove from your mouth and place in a bowl of cold water for 30 seconds. 7) The protector should fit snugly on your teeth, not falling out.
